• Financing: Understanding Financing: Owner Financing, Wrap, Lease/Options
• Financing: Conventional, FHA,VA, USDA
• Writing the Offer to Purchase: Part 1
• Writing the Offer to Purchase: Part 2
• Writing the Offer to Purchase: Part 3
• Presenting an Offer/Counter Offers: Negotiating, Determining Costs, Net and Other Factors
• Managing / Saving an Escrow: Completing the "Closed Escrow Document Checklist"
• Legal and Ethical Aspects
• Time Management and Professionalism in Real Estate

CLASSES BEGIN
Tuesday, April 14, 2026 and then every Tues/Thurs thereafter (4 weeks total). Class starts at 8:30am and ends 12:30pm each day. Two topics per morning, 16 topics covered total.
