The Upgraded Marketing Plan is a popular choice with many sellers. 

This plan offers all of the features of the Standard Plan, plus inclusion in BAREIS (Northbay MLS), professional photography, inclusion in the Real Estate Book, and Cirlepix Telecom. These upgrades greatly expand the marketing coverage for your property, in addition to significantly improve the presentaion of the property.

Unless your property can benefit from the extraordinary features of the Premium Marketing Plan, this plan may be best for you.  And if your home is listed at $500k or more, these features are included in the 2.85% plan!
