Standard Marketing Plan

The Standard Marketing Plan covers all the basics and then some. Being the least expensive plan with the least marketing features, it is a good plan for sellers who:

  • Don't need expensive marketing.
  • Are able to price their property below market (and thus not need a lot of marketing).
  • Do not need to sqeeze every dollar from the sale (less marketing generally means less exposure and less offers.)

Some sellers pick this plan and choose to increase the incentive paid to co-op buyer brokers through the MLS.

If you need to try and get the most money possible, you may want to consider Premium Plan.
